b) Returns outside this period may be subject to restrictions or eligibility for store credit.

a) The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
b) Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Process

b) We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

a) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
b) Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective items).

5. Exchanges

b) The replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, subject to availability.
